Our Goal

LAUPAT wishes to participate in the circular economy by processing waste tires into raw materials that can be reused in various industries. The processing is done using an energy-neutral process and is completely emission-free.

According to European Tire & Rubber Manufacturer Association, more than 3.5 million tons of ELTs (End of Life Tires) enter the circuit every year. For Belgium, this amounts to more than 80,000 tonnes each year.

Integration

The project will be carried out in close contact with the Authorities to guarantee a maximum integration. There will also be close cooperation with a local party for the realization of the logistics, i.e. multimodal supply, storage and removal with minimal impact on the environment.

Woproco

WOPROCO bv, a subsidiary of LAUPAT INDUSTRIES bv, which is responsible
for the supply of waste tyres (car, truck, tractor tyres, etc….). WOPROCO bv is recognized by the Belgian Regulator for waste tires “RECYTYRE” as a “HOMOLOGATED COLLECTOR” of waste tires.

In addition to the supply of waste tires, WOPROCO bv will work closely together to market, among other things, the “recovered CARBON BLACK”
